Split Mayor/Chair into two (Chairperson and Mayor)

I noticed that Mayor/Chairperson is working properly. After a further check, I found that we have to split them into two different elections. The reason is this. we have Mayors in 6 towns only and each town is in a specific district like below;
Western Area Urban District=Freetown,
Bombali District=Makeni,
Kenema District=Kenema,
Bonthe District=Bonthe,
Port Loko District=Port Loko and
Kono District=Koidu-New Sembehum

But we have Chairperson in all districts but Western Area Urban District

For this reason, we have to split them else we will have duplicate results for the 6 districts where we have mayors and chairpersons and impossible to know the correct winner

I have created new files for each and have uploaded results in the following paths

Mayor Results - Keep the current tab and change the name to "Mayor"

Chairperson Results - Add new tab by copying Mayor Tab and change name to "Chairperson"
