How to reproduce the main table in the paper?

Unfortunately, we are unable to find an easy way of reproducing your main table.

1. Could you provide a specific command that we can use to faithfully reproduce your main table?

2. The hyperparameter settings of the paper, alanine_test.py, ExampleAlanine.ipynb are all different, including the scaling of the cost functions. We tried all of them, but none of them seem to work.

3. Could you provide a code to obtain the THP and ETP metrics?
