The deployment of the underlying token for the devnet's strategies seems to fail sometimes. We should verify if this continues to happen, and if so how frequently.

chore: verify output of token deploy (#101)

This PR adds an additional check to the token deployment. Sometimes the
deployment fails silently (see #103), which makes later steps fail (see
#48). This check ensures when it fails, it fails immediately.
