Add Header to English Quiz

We are going to replace the current header.

And we are going to introduce the following one.

Things to take into consideration:

• Ask for any artwork (colors, etc...)
• You can find icons at flat icons (we got license for that)
• Fork this project and create a PR against next-v2 Branch
• If we clicking on settings it should display the verb settings.

Definition of done:

• The header is visible in both mobile and desktop.
• The old header has been removed.
• When the user clicks on settings it navigates to the settings dialog.
• The former settings dialog has been removed.
