Change User Settings for appearance and place

We are going to redesign and reposition User Settings.

We will introduce an input of type "range" that will allow us to specify the number of questions per test.

Things to take into considerantions:

• Ask for any artwork (colors, etc...)
• Fork this project and create a PR against next-v2 Branch
• If we click and move input fo type "range" must change the number of questions selected to the left.

Definition of done:

• The input must be visible in both mobile and desktop.
• The old User Setting must be removed.
