SKILL.md currently bundles all reference material (install commands, canonical doc URLs, Liquid Glass CSS) inline as Appendices A/B/C, adding ~224 lines (18%) that are only needed when the agent actually picks a design system or uses glassmorphism. Proposal: extract to reference/install-commands.md, reference/canonical-sources.md, reference/liquid-glass.css, replace with a 3-row lookup table in the main file. Reduces SKILL.md from 1206 to 991 lines.
