The helpfulness of canary builds ends before the merge, so clear all the tags and releases made for the PR during the merge.

The only tags and releases that should remain are the main releases 0.0.0+0000; all the other tags with additions to the build-id or version tag can be cleared once testing the next 0.0.0+0000 is complete.
