Pose of the initial image is not zero

Hi, first of all, thanks for open sourcing your work.
While evaluating the model, I noticed that the pose of the first image is not zero, even though I expected it to be zero since nothing should be initialized yet in the pose decoders. Could you clarify why this happens?

Since the coordinate system output by our model is a relative coordinate system rather than one relative to the first frame, I have now updated the repository to convert the output relative coordinate system into a coordinate system relative to the first frame. You can try it again.
