Continuity is causing some rendering issues with top snow and grass on the same grass block. It seems unlikely that there will be another Continuity 1.20.1 release, so this will probably go unsolved until this pack is updated to 1.21 or later.

Due to this issue, Continuity has been removed from the pack until a fix is found.
