Mismatched station metadata fields

@tslawecki, in the metadata file I have that I believe is the latest, there are no columns for status and publisher. I know status is contained in the parameter metadata. I removed these two columns from the script and did not modify the metadata file. I noticed the readme and docs have those two fields. They should probably be taken out of the docs, or I can add them back into the script and modify the metadata file.
