Enhance `clf-play`

Would be nice if I run clf-play without any arguments,

• it opens a browser tab,
• in a first section called "Templates", it displays a list of my checklist templates in a sortable table with the columns "Title", "Filename", "Description" (where description has to be a meta-tag we have to introduce), and "Action"
• and if I click on a "Run" icon in the "Action" column, it simply starts the requested checklist in a new browser tab.
• In a second section "Reports" (same layout like in "Templates") I can view/re-play my previous checklists.
