How badly do we need logging for v1.0.0? I looked into it just a bit and it seems like there are a ton different ways to go about it for containerized systems. For Melkin I feel like it's probably enough to manually check docker-compose logs [service]?

Removing from Milken goals as this needs more research and isn't strictly necessary for the conference
