[Feature] Submit capture to Mastodon via the API

Some captures are definitely fun and should reach a wider audience. One way to do that is to send the capture (with a comment) to a Mastodon instance.

Way to configure the API key of a mastodon instance, add a comment, send the URL to the capture (admin only feature).

Would also be fun to have a mastodon bot that submits URLs to Lookyloo.
