[Front] link with MinIO(Object Storage as like S3) Server

• search(Read) & upload , download (Create, Update, Delete)
• each CRUD file manage with DB server's tag data with Backend.
• when CRUD finish, send the modified CRUD data(path, date, tag,...) to Back-server.
