TWBlue 2025.03.08: bug with cache.db

since this version of TWBlue, I can no longer use data persistence in TWBlue, I get an error with the cache.db file every time I restart TWblue, as shown by the error message below

concerning my first bug, starting from a blank file, the error message disappeared.

on the other hand, there's clearly a regression.

when my cache.db fills up a bit ~10MO the TWBlue launch is very slow.

to reproduce the problem and as a test, I've only forced the home and mention buffers to fill up to 700 items. the rest are around 40.

I didn't have this bug with the old version of TWBlue, even though my buffers had many more elements.
