printseq not working

Hi, I am trying to get all of the sequences of the alleles using printseq but only 3 sequences all for NGMAST are printed to the file. How do I get all the sequences to be printed to the file? The NG-MASTER sequence typing is working.

Command I am using:
ngmaster --printseq Allele_Seq_Ngmaster NG*_contigs.fasta
