[Bug] Black Mage with Umbral Soul Feature causes bug against Final Boss in Third Walk Alliance Raid.

Describe the bug
With the "Umbral Soul" feature enabled, targeting the tail of the final boss in Third Walk Alliance Raid causes Blizzard III and IV to switch to Umbral Soul.

This feature should only switch those spells when you have no enemy target.
