Pre-commit hook for commit message spell checking #3249
Description
I get frustrated trying to finalise PRs only to discover that I've mangled the text in a commit message.
From a quick search it looks like it shouldn't be too difficult to have an additional pre-commit hook that runs a standard spell checker against commit messages.
