typo in the header

Issue : There is a typo in the homepage .
There is a small typo in the hompage the word 'welcom' should be 'Welcome'.
Why is this issue needed : 
this issue is needed to be change to correct the word error.
How to reproduce , in case of bug : 
the bug is in the header line.
