One way is to use the Dimensionless or Ratio unit.
They are as unit equal but depending on your field of work you might want to one or another.

MassFlow MyFlow = MassFlow.FromKilogramPerSecond(1);

Dimensionless test1 = MyFlow / MyFlow;

Ratio test2 = MyFlow / MyFlow;
