[FEATURE] Couple ideas for improving custom styles list UX

Describe the feature

1. Adding an option to overwrite the custom style (probably better with confirmation dialog) in the pop-up menu with "Edit" and "Remove" options

2. Allow rearranging the custom styles in that list, for easier access

Why would it be useful to add?

1. Useful when you want to edit/tweak the existing style (kinda what Repainter has with it's "Update" option in the pop-up)

2. So you can quickly pick more frequently used styles at the top (you can still lock in place stock Neutral-Fruit Salad palettes if you want, to avoid confusion)
