Like in lawnchair show RAM INFO , bonus if an option to add / remove background chip

Why would it be useful to add?

View ram usage at a glance rather than going into developed option , can be used to detect memory leaks

I have already tried to add it, for now it seems almost impossible with xposed hook because it breaks the recents screen.

Is it due to position ? Since in PL there aren't any button in that place ? Or fetching RAM info ?

Yes the position, fetching RAM info is the easiest part.
