noted issues while using makeslave for the first time

These are just some notes/observations while using these tools for the first time:

• It's not really clear where this script should be ran. on slave? on master? can it do both?
• When script says 'will erase all contents' after giving it the IP of the master, it feels like it will erase contents of master. This should be more explicit.
• Script does not check exit status of the various xtrabackup steps and continues even if errors
• After decompressing backup, should remove .qp files or use the new --remove-original flag
