makeslave accepts 2nd IP address but still assumes localhost

The script accepts 2 arguments: required 1 for the ip of the master and option 2 as the slave. Yet, if you pass an IP for arg 2, the script still assumes all commands are to be ran on the current system and not on the actual server.
