在用python构建RAG中索引步骤，加载向量数据库时会显示chromadb不兼容的问题

根据chatgpt对我给出的报错代码，识别出Chromadb所需的pydantic插件更新到V2版本后导致在pydanticV1中的BaseSettings结构缺失，目前只能换个向量数据库解决或者等待作者看看能不能修改新的接口解决
