Clean up "Use Skipped Questions" feature #81
Description
The questions you skipped previously might now be out of range for selection. So when you click the "Use skipped questions" button it might actually do nothing.
The fix is probably just checking if there are any skipped questions within your range and show that button if so.
Leaving for the future because the adaptive testing needs to go in NOW
