Feature Request: Add Compintel x402-native API services

Hi x402scan team,

We would like to register our x402-compatible services on x402scan. We operate Compintel, an AI-to-AI service platform with 4 x402-native paid APIs on Base (USDC):

• Polymarket API (https://polymarket.compintel.co) — Live prediction market data with real-time probabilities
• Revenue Tracker (https://revenue-tracker.compintel.co) — Revenue event tracking and analytics
• Webhook Service (https://webhook-service.compintel.co) — Reliable webhook forwarding with retry logic
• Premium Analytics (https://premium-analytics.compintel.co) — Event tracking, metrics, and monitoring

All endpoints return proper 402 responses with x-payment-required headers (x402 v2, EIP-712 TransferWithAuthorization, Base/USDC). Machine-readable catalog: https://compintel.co/catalog.json

We attempted to use the self-serve registration form but ran into authentication requirements. Would you be able to add our services, or let us know what additional steps are needed?
