Slave configuration address how to

Hi, I would like to make same for sungrow innverter, dont see anywhere in the code that could add Slave configuration: address = 254 . That one is hardcoded in original DTSU666 for Sungrow - "Communication Address (ID) 254 Factory default".
And seems there is one more requirement....

Add the value 0x20D5 (hexadecimal)
to the address of the 0x5000 register,
which is used for our equipment to
identify the electricity meter. This
register is read-only

oh, seems in DTSU666.h I have seen that default slave id is 0, that's right assumption ? :)

Hi,

The slave ID is configured in the Wifimanager, parameter "Address", dethe default is set to "1"in line #59

And you can indeed easy add a hold register by adding a record in the struct at #88, of course you must add some code to set that register value from the datasource fields

Ah sorry, my bad, I put you on the wrong direction.

The struct above is for translating JSON data source (from mqtt in my case) to the DTSU regs. That heavily depends on your data sources, and how you get our data to put in the DTSu registers

Adding a register to the virtual DTSU requires adding an entry in the dtsu666 class: : adding an entry in dtsu666.c #18 and so on, and updating numregs in dtsu666.h to 37 instead of 36,
