Unstable Ingots Don't Properly Explode #169

Describe the bug
Unstable ingots do not explode when in the crafting menu. Behavior is strange once timer hits 0; see video.
To Reproduce
Craft the unstable ingots and put them in the crafting table. They will not explode.
Expected behavior
They should explode at 0 seconds remaining regardless of where they are.
