Botania update while maintaining parity with build 208 relic behaviour #185

Hello, just thought I would leave this suggestion here.
I forked the New Horizons fork of Botania, which also has compat with the mods mentioned in #177, and added the Excaliber as well as the Flugel eye behavior from build 208 back into the mod, the excaliber can be attained from a normal roll of the Gaian Die, and the flugel behaves and looks exactly the same.
Shipping with a default config for the passive flower decay being turned off and any references to mana petals being removed would be in order, but I believe this would enhance gameplay a lot due to iconic items that simply do not exist in build 208, such as the Manaweave suit or the Sextant; as well as the improvements made to the ring of Loki.
