Replace CustomNPC with CustomNPC+ #54

CustomNPC causes crashes with the latest Angelica builds. CustomNPC+ fixes the crashes and adds many new improvements.
I'm currently looking into how to fix the Tainted Hero respawning, which is the purpose of the old fork the pack uses now. I've talked to the dev for the addon Extended Scripts who seems to be willing to add support for central config overrides for NPCs. If that doesn't work, it shouldn't be too difficult to add something to BlightCore to replace the file at runtime.
