Solution architecture business logic

Please explain in more detail what the solution architecture of the business logic as shown in the Domain Layer looks like.

The reason for this is the desire to be able to test whether and how the integration of the regels.overheid.nl can work at an early stage in the development of this wallet (see Q2 Capabilities toets Regelregister).

Consider both #3 and #2 applicable for this issue as well.
