Assemble the Streak screen using the created components.

frontend/app/streak/page.tsx
Existing Components to Use:
All previously created components (StreakSummaryCard, WeeklyCalendar/StreakCalendar, ShareStreakCard, ShareOptionsSheet), navbar component
Navigation:
This page will be accessed when clicking the streak fire icon on the navbar, which navigates to /streak page.
