Onboarding Process Details

These are the steps you will need to proceed to complete the "Onboarding Process":

1. NDA

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement (CA), confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA) or secrecy agreement (SA), is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties

2. Contract & W8 Form

A Consulting Agreement is a contract between a consultant and a business or individual that is retaining certain services of the consultant.

Form W-8 is filled by non US residents or foreign business who do work and/or make income in the U.S. If you're a legal citizen of the United States, there is no need in filling out the W-8 tax forms.

3. Background Check

A background check or background investigation is the process of looking up and compiling criminal records, commercial records, and financial records of an individual or an organization.

Please contact [email protected] if you didn't receive the Background Check paperwork

4. Business Email

Business email is the email which you will use specifically for your company related communications. Your business email address includes the company name such as [email protected] and your colleagues will have their email address formatted in the same way.

Please contact [email protected] if you didn't receive credentials for your business email address

5. GitHub

GitHub is a repository hosting service - "cloud" for code. GitHub hosts source code projects in a variety of different programming languages and keep track of the various changes made to every iteration.

6. Hubstaff

Hubstaff is a time tracking application which helps effectively manage the workflows and productivity of remote teams. The platform comes functionalities like proof of work by taking random screenshots and tracking keyboard/mouse activity.

  • Sign in using your [email protected] account
  • Download the application
  • Once you are starting to work on your tasks Run the application, Choose the Project and Click on Start timing

7. Payoneer

Payoneer is a financial services company that provides online money transfer and digital payment services. Payoneer account holders can send and receive funds into their bank account, Payoneer e-wallet, or onto a re-loadable prepaid MasterCard debit card that can be used online or at points-of-sale.

8. Slack

Slack is a cloud-based messenger which brings team's communication together, giving everyone a shared workspace where conversations are organized and accessible.

  • Please refer to the link www.slack.com
  • You can use slack from web browser or you can Download and Install Slack application
  • Go to the link www.slack.com if you would like to use Slack in your browser
  • Download and Run the application if you would like to use Slack as application on your OS
  • Sign In by introducing mitocgroup in the Enter your team's Slack domain. field and Click on Continue
  • Enter your email address and password (please use [email protected] email account)
  • Please accept the invitation to the groups you have been added
  • Please be sure to add additional information to your Slack profile (Contact Number, Alternative Email and What You Do to the required fields)

9. AWS Single Sign-On (SSO)

Mitoc Group is using Single Sign-On cloud service to access Amazon Web Services. It enables users to sign in to a user portal with their existing corporate credentials and access all of their assigned accounts and applications from one place.

  • Reach out to [email protected] in order to request corporate credentials
  • Please refer to the link awsct.awsapps.com/start/
  • Login using provided corporate credentials
  • As logged in you will be able to access MitocGroup Services and Accounts

10. AWS Account with Business Email (optional)

  • Please refer to the link aws.amazon.com
  • Click on Create an AWS Account
  • Follow the instructions and use your email for AWS account
  • Secure your account according the Step-by-Step Guide (please refer to the link) secure-aws-credentials

11. AWS Security Fundamentals course

  • Please refer to the link bellow for register to the course: AWS Security Fundamentals
  • Click on "Register Now for Web-based Training"
  • Click on "Request"
  • Complete the registration form
  • Click on Course from list ( AWS Security Fundamentals )
  • Scroll Down the page to the list of modules and Click on Activate all modules
  • Important note : Be sure to disable "Block pop-up windows" in your browser
  • Launch Course by order
