While on the Voyage map, I set out for a dungeon expedition, as is common. At some point - I think involving drowning in some marshwater - my mob stopped processing. No stamina restoration, no bleeding, no sleeping, no reagent processing. It's as if I was in stasis, but still able to move and act.
