should project maintainers be able to change the current maintainer

The maintainer can seemingly change the project current maintainer (aka creator) in the group edit form, submit it, yet, CBRAIN discard changes unless user has admin priviledges.

Also in CBRAIN UI there is phrase under the maintainer (creator) field 'if you change the Creator field to someone else you won't be able to edit this project any more. Which makes little sence as an admin can do whatever he want.

Those part contradicts each other, so is form and field description needs correction.
