AttributeError: module 'metis' has no attribute 'part_graph'

Hi, I have a problem. When I run the main file I have an error : "'AttributeError: module 'metis' has no attribute 'part_graph''" in graphtools file. But I don't know what should I do to solve that.

How did you install the metis? I'm getting this error when running the code:
RuntimeError: Could not locate METIS dll. Please set the METIS_DLL environment variable to its full path.
