Feature Request: Save as Note formatting

When you right-click on the output and choose Save as Note, I’d like to see header info, like “Summary by Awesome GPT, Model: deepseek/deepseek-v3.2, temperature 1” or the like.

Ideally, this would be customizable in the plugin settings.

Okay, I see that you can do this by editing the tags, but I’m not quite sure how.
