Search to distinguish different kinds of sequence types

> One thing that was coming up with pacbio seqs is that we have stuff named *_REN_pNNNNNNNN and also *_REN_pe01 and it would be great to be able to search for those separately

Possible implementation ideas:

* materialized view gets an automatically-determined-by-heuristic naming template
* sequences can be user-tagged, provide tag search
* admin-managed list of name regexes
* ???
