Problem with a window of new-created instance

Description of bug

When I tried to create new instance of ANY MC version, I noticed that my main loading screen isn't at right place of monitor — it's located at bottom right but not in center of my screen.

Early, when I created instances they also located at bottom right, BUT then immediately moved into center.
But main problem is that Main MC menu also centered incorrectly - bottom right - and none of my actions in options didn't help.

Sorry for flag "Unique", maybe I'm just didn't noticed similar problem.
