Updating and auto build

Hi @ewels,

Would you have any time to spare to bring this plugin up to modern MultiQC standards?

Wishlist:

• Update to the latest InterOp release from Illumina
• Make compatible with new sequencer and flowcell types
• Include an auto-build CI that tracks the latest MultiQC version and builds/publishes a new docker image including the plugin. This can be done using wave I guess?

I can see this being of great benefit for several pipelines that perform demultiplexing using bcl2fastq and bclconvert, as well as for general Illumina run QC.
Might also be nice to have in nf-core/demultiplex (cc @maxulysse, per our convo on slack yesterday)

This whole plugin kind-of-but-not-really duplicates functionality from https://github.com/Molmed/checkQC, but I think it would be cool to have run QC in a separate report that contains all the data

Do you have example data for the latest report types and sequencers? That'd be a minimal requirement.

But no I don't really have time 😝 But I won't say never.

I think we can scrap compatibility with latest sequencers/flowcells part, since that should be covered by using the latest InterOp library.

So all I'd need to get started is code refresh and perhaps a better way of detecting inputs, since the current method is quite flaky (xref #5 )
