Questions/comments raised by planetarypy user with regard to utilizing this mirrored data:

Should peppi check for existence of data at the url or plp? Not sure.. and if plp, then peppi needs an API for “this url doesn't work, give me another”. Sounds almost like peppi should check for existence and return some kind of meta result with “this url but currently not available in case”.
