Visualisation of data

Recently discovered xcube: https://xcube.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview.html#toolkit
Which looks like it's an extension of xarray with some potentially useful features. It handles chunking of datasets, which could be a good backup option if the pangeo recipes route falls through, but also has a nice easy way of publishing a dataset to allow easy visualisation and API access, which is exactly what we will be wanting soon...
