Dear jaslanli, would it be due to the allocated memory which is not enough. Could you try to increase the memory or to deactivate additional forcing fields like current or level to reduce memory usage. |

can you share your ww3_grid.inp or ww3_grid.nml ? and the output of ww3_grid ? |

I'm adding a zip folder with ww3_grid files. Also, I've tried to apply the same steps for ZA-7M grid which is described in Tutorial, the same error in ww3_shel execution. |

can you try changing in ww3_grid.nml and rerunning ww3_grid, ww3_shel :

ww3_strt and ww3_shel are compiled with MPI so 2 solutions : same for ww3_shel to recompile only a program with cmake, use the option : --target ww3_shel |

the issue comes from your grid ! looking at your ww3_grid.out, the longitude and latitude ranges are 0 :
