Wind Data Format Issue

Hello,

I would like to ask about the settings of ww3_prep.inp (I used to use prnc in WW3).
I have wind data in a .dat file that is structured as follows:

uuu ... u
uuu ... u

uuu ... u
vvv ... v
vvv ... v

vvv ... v

The data consists of 481 columns (indicating longitude) and 505 rows (indicating latitude), with no header included. I have set up the ww3_prep.inp file as follows:

However, I keep encountering an error. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
