Describe the bug
On NCEP's hera machine, the GNU regression tests fail. I believe this is because we need to update the modules.

To Reproduce
Run regtests with GNU on hera.

Expected behavior
GNU regtests should pass on hera.

This is the latest GNU hera module for ufs-weather-model: https://github.com/ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/blob/develop/modulefiles/ufs_hera.gnu.lua
