What new functionality do you need?

All intermediate and final atm output should be standardized according to proposed format.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

All atm output should use the standardized format RUN.tHHz.product[.domain][.fHHH].suffix, as per the COM inventory spreadsheet. Note that atm is not needed in the filename because these files are in an atmos directory.

This is applicable to the products (grib2) output, not the netCDF output. The atmf and sfcf files can stay as is.

Acceptance Criteria

• All atm output matches the new filenames in the COM inventory spreadsheet
• Other than filenames, atm output is identical to before
