Tutorial 2b View Results Error on Plot Fail Split button

Steps to Reproduce:

• On Tutorial 6.3. Tutorial 2b: Risk (L2) with Dike Failure https://canflood.readthedocs.io/en/dev/06_tutorials.html#tutorial-2b-risk-l2-with-dike-failure
  -Run build and model with the proper instructions given in the tutorial
• In the view Results https://canflood.readthedocs.io/en/dev/06_tutorials.html#section6-3-3 load the control file "Tut2b" in the setup and also give the corresponding output directory. See the Screenshot below.
  -Move to the Risk Plot tab
  -Check both the plot controls as mentioned in tutorial
  -Click on Plot Fail Split button
  -It would give error passed headers are not descending in modcom.py file. Screenshot attached.
