python 3.8 was at end of life and is no longer supported in FLORIS. Additionally, the numpy requirement has moved to numpy v2 for FLORIS versions 4.3 and above. While none of the internal code in FLORIS needed to change to support numpy v2.x, some users code may not be compatible. In particular, numpy arrays that were pickled using numpy v1.x may not unpickle correctly with numpy v2.x.
