inaccurate sequence of nodes id's

im currently working on the public tranportation project which requires the route file of buses that was used in software called BENTLY CUBE. so the route can be created by sequence of nodes from OSM which is the same one i uses in BENTLY CUBE.
im having the gps coordiates of around 8000 points in csv and i used mappymatch and get the result of number of nodes which was almost same but not in sequential order.

- line created in CUBE by sequence of node id's that created by mappymatch

- lists of node that given by mappymatch

the problem is the nodes are not in sequencial order in my case and the result lines are in zig zag manner which connects in irregular manner in order to form the route the nodes should be in sequencial order
